You agree to notify jilli7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilli7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jilli7 requires all account holders to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address issued within the last three (3) months. Additional documentation may be requested at jilli7's discretion.
jilli7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:
jilli7 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are permanently excluded from the Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
All transactions on the jilli7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilli7 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to one (1) banking business day. jilli7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposits on your account. jilli7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, withdrawals of associated winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 of these Terms.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jilli7 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
jilli7 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
jilli7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will be given reasonable opportunity to complete the applicable wagering requirements.
All games available on the jilli7 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a regular basis. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jilli7's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. jilli7 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors on the Player's device or internet connection.
Where a game error or malfunction results in an incorrect payout, jilli7 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid.

jilli7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilli7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jilli7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.
